Arakshan ki ye pahchan , Bada banaye sirf bada saman.




Aam aadmi ke haath me jo karobar tha wo poonjiwadi aur videshi log ke haath me jaraha hai is liye uspar arakshan ki zarurat hai.

Jo company motor banati hai wahi company apne automatic plant me chai, sabun,tel,ghee,namak,kapde, chatni,achar, masala,wefer, namkeen,jaisi chijen bhi banati hain isliye  chhote karkhane khatam hone ke karan karkhanedar ki roji roti khatam ho rahi hai aur
be-rojgari,bekari badh rahi hai.

jo product hame Rs.40 me milna chye wo hamko Rs.100 dena padta hai.

(1) Karkhanae ki zameen kharidi me bank se biyaj par paise liye jate hain,
(2) karkhana banane ka marrial kharidne ke liye bank se biyaj par paise liye jate hain,
(3) karkhan banane jo mazduri hoti hai wo dene ke liye bank se biyaj par paise liye jate.hain,
(4) karkhane ki machine kharidi ke liye bank se biyaj par paise liye jate hain,
(5) product banane ke liye row material,paking material ke liye bank se biyaj par paise liye jate hain

(7) product ko bazaar me bhejne me jo transport charge hota hai wo bhi bank se biyaj par paise liye jate hain.
(8) Hiro, hiroin,cricator,aur media jo advertise karte hain unka payment karne ke liye bhi bank se biyaj par paise liye jate hain.
(9) jab product tayar hojata hai to uspar bar bar laga hua biyaj us product par joda jata hai.
(10)                    har tarah ka aur har bar ka tax us product par joda jata hai.
(11)                    advertise ka kharch us product par joda jata hai.

Adalat me mokadma aur  aam aadmi.

Adalat me mokadma kayam karna bahot manga hai jiske karan aam aadmi apni faryad lekar adalat tak nahi ja pata hai isliye dabang aur aasamajik log iska faida uthate hain.

jis tarah adalat me Criminal cas ke liye koyee court fee nahi hoti hai usi tarah civil case me bhi koyee court fee nahi honi chahye aur faryadi ko sarkar ne apna vakil dena chahye.

Criminal case ke liye Jis tarah har ilaka me police station kayam hai aur police station andar jo bhi cas aate hain wo sunwayee ke liye adalat me bheje jate hain, usi tarah sivil case ke liye har ilake me ek station khola jana chahye aur usme sivil case lena chahye uske baad us cask o adalat me bhejna chahye.

police station me faryadi apni faryad apne bhasa me karta hai aur police kanuni bhasa me likh kar dono lekh ko adalat me bhjti deti hai, usi tarah civil case ko faryadi apni jis bhi bhasa me lkhna chahe likhe  aur adhikari use kanuni bhasa me likh kar adalat me pesh kare.

adalat ka poora kharcha tax ke jarye jama huye paise se hona chahye.

aap bottle ka pani pite hon,kunwe ka pani pite hon, nal ka pani pite hon,ya pump ka pani pite hon uspar bhi janta ko chor tax dena padta hai.

Desh  ke  sabhi  I.T. Adhikari,sabhi  Rajya  sarkar  aur  Bharat  sarkar  se  desh  ka  har  nagrik  yah  janna  chahta  hai  ke  uspar  kis  tarah  ka  kitna  tax  lagu  hota  hai ? aur  kis  sakal  me  kitna  tax  us se  wasula  ja  raha  hai ?

Bharat sarkar se anurodh hai ke sabhi tarah ke chupe huye tax ko hatakar ek jahir tax lagu kare jis se manhgayee,garibi,aur kala dhan kantrol me rahega.

Ek gunah ki saja kitni ?

Police de jitni,ya adalat de utni.

Jab kisi se kanuni gunah ho jata hai tab police khud apni traf se third degree ke jarye kayee trah ke saza dedeti hai,aur adalat me pesh kiye jane ke baad jaldi faislana na hone ke karan usko trah trah ki sajayen jhelni padti hain.

Adalat me jab kisi ka gunah saabit ho jata hai aur adalat usko nirdharit samay ke liye saza sunati hai fir wo vekti gunah karne ke badle me saza bhogta hai.

jab kisi ko nirdosh pane ke karan adalat use saza se azad kar deti hai aur wo azad ho bhi jata hai aur bhale hi use kahin bhi ane-jane ki azadi hojati hai,koyee rozi rozgar karne ki azadi ho jati hai.

giriftari se lekar adalat me nirdosh sabit hone tak wo vekti toot jata hai,uska ghar sansar ujad jata hai,samajik aur parivarik taur par wo bikhar jata hai,nokri aur karobar bigadne se uski aarthik halat khatam ho jati hai,aur zindgi bhar ke liye wo samaj me gunehgar ho kar zindgi guzarta hai.

Jab gunah ke badle me sarkar saza deti hai aur wo vekti saja bhogta hai,to Jo vekti ko adalat nirdosh sabit kar deti hai to sarkar ne harzana dena chahye.
